What are deep groove ball bearings?
The 6000 series is a light series of single row deep groove ball bearings. The bearing number gives the size: from 6004 upward, the bore in millimetres is the last two digits times five, so a 6008 has a 40 mm bore.
Suffixes show the version. ZZ means metal shields, 2RS means rubber seals, and C3 means extra internal clearance, common in electric motors. Therefore, read the full marking on the old bearing before ordering.
