Expansion bellows absorb heat expansion, vibration and small misalignment in pipework. They protect pumps, flanges and supports.
We list stainless steel bellows in sizes 1 1/2, 2, 2 1/2, 3, 4 and 6 inch. Choose a size above for details.
What are expansion bellows?
A stainless steel expansion bellow is a flexible pipe joint with a corrugated stainless steel bellows between two flanges. The bellows flex to absorb movement while keeping the line sealed.
Pipes grow when hot, and pumps vibrate. Therefore, bellows are fitted in steam, hot water, cooling and pump lines to stop that movement cracking joints or loading equipment.

Which sizes of expansion bellows do you list?
We list 1 1/2, 2, 2 1/2, 3, 4 and 6 inch.
Rubber joint or stainless bellows?
Rubber joints damp noise in water lines. Stainless bellows suit heat and steam.
Do expansion bellows need anchors?
Yes. Pipework must be anchored and guided as the design requires.
What details do you need to quote stainless steel expansion bellows?
Tell us the pipe size, pressure, temperature, movement and flange drilling. A photo of the old part, a nameplate or a drawing also helps. Then call or WhatsApp 0726 086 895, or use the quote form on this page.
