The braided stainless steel flexible pipe 1 inch is a braided stainless connector for pump, chiller and boiler connections. It bends to link equipment that does not line up exactly.
The braid protects the inner hose and carries the pressure. In addition, the flexible section absorbs vibration from pumps and machines.
What is a braided stainless steel flexible pipe 1 inch?
A stainless steel flexible pipe is a hose made of an inner tube or corrugated bellows covered by a stainless steel braid, with threaded ends. It connects equipment where rigid pipe will not line up.
The braid carries the pressure and protects the inner layer. As a result, these pipes handle vibration, heat and movement better than plain rubber hose.
