A PE tee splits a polyethylene water line into two. It is one of the most used fittings on farm and estate water systems.
Choose it by the pipe OD in mm. Then fit a valve on the branch, so you can isolate it later.
What is a PE tee?
An HDPE tee joins three polyethylene pipes in a T shape. It takes a branch off a main, for example to feed a house, a tank or an irrigation block.
Small tees are usually compression fittings that seal with an O-ring and nut. Large tees are fused into the main. In both cases, the joint does not rust.
