A jet nozzle directs fuel, gas or fluid as a focused stream in burners and process equipment.
Confirm the application, orifice and thread.
What is a jet nozzle?
An oil burner nozzle sprays pressurised fuel as a fine cone of droplets so it mixes with air and burns cleanly. Nozzles are marked with a flow rate in US gallons per hour, a spray angle and a spray pattern, such as 2.5 x 60 degrees.
The wrong nozzle causes smoke, soot, flame failure or poor output. Therefore, use the size, angle and pattern your burner maker specifies, and change nozzles at each service.
