What is a pressure gauge syphon?
Gauges show what is happening inside pipes, boilers and refrigeration systems. Pressure and vacuum gauges read line pressure, manifold gauges read refrigerant pressures, temperature gauges and thermometers read heat, and gauge glasses show liquid level.
A gauge must suit the range and medium. Therefore, choose a range so normal readings sit mid-scale, and use a syphon on steam.
