An R32 air conditioner compressor suits modern split and inverter ACs that run on R32.
R32 is mildly flammable, so follow A2L handling rules. Confirm the inverter or fixed-speed type.
What is an R32 air conditioner compressor?
An air conditioner compressor pumps refrigerant round a split, window or packaged AC. Small splits usually use rotary compressors, while larger units use scroll compressors.
Compressors are built for one refrigerant, such as R22, R410A or R32, and for a set capacity in BTU/h. Therefore, a replacement must match both, along with voltage and connections.
