What is a PPR welding machine?
A PPR welding machine, also called a socket fusion welder, heats PPR pipe and fittings so they can be fused together. It has a heated plate with pairs of dies: one heats the outside of the pipe and the other heats the inside of the fitting socket.
After heating for the right time, you push the pipe into the fitting and hold it still. As the plastic cools, the two parts become one. Therefore, the welder is the essential tool for every PPR installation.
